## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in compliance, legal operations, risk management, or audit within financial services
- Significant experience supporting U.S. consumer credit card products, including private label and/or Visa/Mastercard programs
- Strong working knowledge of applicable consumer financial laws and regulations, including but not limited to: Truth in Lending Act (TILA) / Regulation Z
- Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA)
- Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)
