The Corporate FP&A Manager will own headcount and operating expense planning across Snorkel and serve as the finance partner to department leaders. You will turn hiring and spending plans into reliable forecasts, help teams make investment decisions and build better cost visibility. ## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of FP&A or business finance experience, including direct ownership of headcount and operating expense planning in a growing technology company
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills and experience building models that connect hiring, vendor commitments and operating drivers to financial forecasts
- Hands-on experience managing Ramp, including spend approvals, expense controls and reporting
- Experience implementing and administering planning systems such as Pigment, Anaplan or similar platforms, including financial model design and data integrations
- Strong understanding of expense accruals, cost allocation and financial statements, with a record of partnering effectively with Accounting
- Ability to build relationships with department leaders, explain financial tradeoffs clearly and turn analysis into recommendations
