## About the role

Snorkel AI's Revenue Operations team designs, builds, and runs the systems, data, and processes that power our Go-to-Market motion. The Director, GTM Systems & AI Transformation leads that effort end-to-end — from systems architecture to workflow automation to AI-enabled process innovation — and manages a small, high-leverage systems team.

## What they're looking for

- Partner with GTM leaders to define and evolve the systems architecture strategy across Sales, Delivery, Customer Success, Marketing, and more
- Set the roadmap for Salesforce and the broader GTM stack (Gong, Clay, Ironclad, Float, CPQ, billing/revenue automation, and future tooling)
- Own Salesforce architecture, data integrity, and data hygiene as the foundation of the role — new automation and AI initiatives get built on top of a clean, well-governed baseline
- Own vendor relationships and renewals across the GTM stack
- Manage and grow the team, setting priorities and reviewing technical design
- Turn ambiguous business requests from Sales, Delivery, and Finance into scoped, shippable system changes
