## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of brand or visual design experience, including in-house brand design at a high-growth technology company
- A portfolio showing identity or rebrand work you led end to end, plus a broad range of applications: web, campaigns, events, videos, and data visualization
- Proven experience directing external design agencies and freelancers, including writing briefs, managing scope and budget, and holding partners to a high quality bar
- Expert craft in typography, layout, color, and composition, with a clear point of view on where brand design for AI is heading
- Deep fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and experience building scalable design systems and brand guidelines others actually use
- Track record leading ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives, influencing senior stakeholders, and making decisions without close oversight
