## About the role

Snowflake is seeking an experienced technology transactions attorney to join our world-class legal team as Senior Corporate Counsel 2, Strategic Product Partnerships. This role reports directly to the Director, Product Partnerships and will serve as a critical partner to Snowflake's Business Development, Product, and Strategic Partnerships teams.

## What they're looking for

- • JD from an accredited law school, active bar membership with the ability to practice in California required
- • 7+ years of legal experience as a practicing attorney, including training at a top law firm and meaningful in-house experience at a SaaS or technology company
- • Deep experience negotiating complex technology transactions, strategic alliances, and partnership agreements — including AI, cloud infrastructure, SaaS, and data-related agreements
- • Strong knowledge of SaaS-centric legal considerations, including data privacy, security, intellectual property, and subprocessor frameworks
- • Demonstrated ability to drive complex, cross-functional deals and projects to closure in a fast-paced environment
- • Exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage a high-volume, varied deal portfolio while meeting tight deadlines
