## About the role

As a Senior Manager at Snowflake, you will be expected to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution. Develop and Execute Sponsorship Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sponsorship sales strategy to drive revenue and meet business goals. You'll also create compelling sponsorship packages, proposals, and presentations tailored to potential partners across a growing portfolio of proprietary events.

- Years of Experience: 12+ years of experience with at least 3 years of experience in sponsorship sales with a strong track record in revenue generation and partner engagement and at least 2 years of experience managing a team
- Strategic & Adaptable Mindset: Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sponsorship initiatives that drive business impact. You are skilled in navigating a dynamic environment and can adapt strategies to evolving business needs
- Detail-Oriented & Accountable: Skilled in managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and measurable outcomes. You will also track and report on sponsorship performance to deliver insights for continuous improvement
- Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required
