## About the role

Set product direction. Develop a clear product vision, strategy, roadmap, and narrative for a meaningful business problem. Define the outcomes that matter, the choices required to achieve them, and the principles that guide trade-offs. Partner directly with the business. Work side by side with business leaders, operators, and end users from problem framing through launch and adoption. Build shared ownership of the problem and the solution rather than taking orders or handing off requirements.

- Hands-on experience using AI tools to rapidly prototype, test, and refine software solutions. You are comfortable learning new tools and turning an ambiguous idea into something users can react to
- Experience taking products from discovery and zero-to-one development through launch, adoption, iteration, and scale
