## About the role

As an Event Specialist, you are responsible for leading the planning, execution, and optimization of Summit, Tour and Tier 1 tradeshows. The ideal candidate is a strategic, results-driven event professional who takes full ownership of event programs end-to-end — from stakeholder alignment and content development through vendor management and on-site delivery.

## What they're looking for

- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in marketing operations, event coordination, or a related discipline
- Strong project management, time management, organizational, and execution skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively across multiple concurrent projects while consistently meeting deadlines
- Ability to interact with all levels of internal staff and external contacts with professionalism
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and/or equivalent experience in an events role
