## About the role

Socratix AI (YC S25) builds AI coworkers that investigate fraud and financial crime for banks, credit unions, and leading fintechs. We've closed multiple six-figure contracts since launch and are growing fast, and we need someone who can help us find, engage, and win the next wave of customers, and who can also get us in front of them in person. Found on 1752vc Careers, the job board for startup and VC roles.

## What they're looking for

- A builder's mindset. You don't wait for a fully-formed process, you get started, learn fast, and turn what works into something repeatable
- Strong written and verbal communicator. You can explain a technical, regulated product (AI agents making decisions banks act on) in plain language that a compliance or risk leader immediately understands
- Comfort with leveraging AI to build repeatable high-impact processes
- Comfortable with ambiguity and ownership. No manager will hand you a script, you'll be figuring things out in real time and asking for help when you need it
- A good eye for design and aesthetics, comfortable putting together clean, professional campaign materials and booth collateral using whatever tool gets the job done
- Comfortable being the face of the company in the room, representing Socratix AI at events and owning the logistics that go with it, without a lot of hand-holding
