## About the role

The line between compliance and technology is disappearing. Financial institutions no longer treat AML programs as a checkbox exercise — they are demanding platforms that embed regulatory intelligence directly into their screening, monitoring, and investigation workflows. Socure is building that platform, and we are looking for a Compliance Operations Manager to be the compliance mind behind it.

## What they're looking for

- 5–7 years of experience in AML compliance operations, sanctions screening, or financial crime operations at a financial institution, fintech, or compliance technology company
- Working knowledge of OFAC sanctions programs, FATF guidance, BSA/AML regulations, and PEP screening standards
- Experience maintaining or auditing watchlist and sanctions data sources, including list provenance tracking and quality control
- Familiarity with GRC frameworks and AML taxonomy structures: sanctions type classification, PEP categories, adverse media signals, and country risk ratings
- Hands-on technical operator that is able to leverage technology to improve customer experience and scale operations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage operational processes with rigorous documentation
