## About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own Socure's Watchlist screening and monitoring platform — a foundational product in our compliance suite serving a rapidly growing customer base. You will own the roadmap and strategy for our market-leading Watchlist Screening and Monitoring product, which enables banks, fintechs, gaming companies, and more around the world manage their sanctions and AML risk.

## What they're looking for

- Experience: 3–5 years in product management, preferably in compliance technology, AML/sanctions screening, identity verification, or ML-driven products
- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with AML/BSA regulations, sanctions screening workflows, or financial crime compliance is strongly preferred
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and ML model behavior, comfortable reviewing technical specs and writing SQL
- Analytical Skills: Ability to evaluate screening performance metrics (recall, precision, hit rate) and translate them into product decisions
- Customer Focus: Experience working directly with compliance buyers, financial institutions, or enterprise customers in complex environments
- Communication: Ability to explain technical or compliance concepts clearly to engineering partners, compliance buyers, and executive stakeholders
