- 5+ years of product design experience designing and shipping digital products, with ownership of meaningful product areas from discovery through delivery
- A portfolio showing strong end-to-end product thinking: the problem, the evidence, the options considered, the final experience, the implementation, and the outcome
- Experience designing self-serve, product-led, developer-facing, SaaS, fintech, workflow, platform, or other technically complex products
- Strong research and synthesis skills. You can choose an appropriate method, ask useful questions, distinguish evidence from assumptions, and turn findings into decisions
- Strong problem-framing skills. You can define the user, context, unmet need, business objective, constraints, and success measures before jumping into screens
- Strong interaction and visual design craft, including information architecture, workflows, forms, states, content hierarchy, accessibility, and responsive behavior
