## About the role

Ownership the full life-cycle recruiting process for positions at all levels across Product, Data Science and Fin/Ops teams Create comprehensive strategies to identify, attract, and engage with the best talent for each search; leverage existing resources and identify new value-added resources

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years’ experience leading recruitment searches from inception to close across multiple functions and levels. Experience recruiting for commercial roles in SaaS preferred
- Experience with structured recruiting methodologies
- Experience as a partner and trusted advisor to hiring managers, hiring teams and candidates
- A focus on continuous improvement
- Project management approach to talent acquisition, conducting thorough discovery, strategically planning for a search and identifying and tracking milestones and timelines throughout the course of a search
