## About the role

We are seeking an Applications Administrator to join our Corporate Applications team with a focus on Home Lending applications. This role is responsible for the administration, reliability, configuration, integration, and continued operation of critical Home Lending technology, including Encompass 360, Blend, NICE inContact, SoFi-developed applications, and other corporate software platforms.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience
- 2+ years of related professional experience in enterprise application administration, application support, systems administration, or a related technical discipline
- Demonstrated experience independently administering, configuring, deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise or business-critical applications
- Strong understanding of the mortgage industry and loan origination lifecycle, including business rules, field triggers, milestone movement, workflows, and administrative configuration
- Experience with Encompass 360 administration, including business rules, application configuration, permissions, workflows, and Admin Tools or similar Loan Origination Systems
- Experience evaluating technical problems, gathering requirements, and selecting or developing solutions where existing procedures do not fully address the problem
