## About the role

We’re looking for a customer-focused banking professional who is ready to take the next step in their career and make an impact within the branch. As a Branch Operations Supervisor, you’ll be a key partner to the Branch Manager, helping lead day-to-day branch operations and supporting the teller team. You’ll serve as a go-to resource for the team and step in as the branch lead when the Branch Manager is unavailable.

## What they're looking for

- 2+ years of banking or financial services experience preferred
- Punjabi bilingual proficiency is highly preferred and would be especially valuable in supporting our customers
- Spanish bilingual proficiency is also preferred and considered a plus
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional, white-glove customer service
- A positive, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to bring positive energy to the team
- Ability to take ownership, prioritize effectively, and act with urgency while maintaining accuracy
