## About the role

SoFi is seeking an energetic, organized, and resourceful Direct Mail Marketing Manager for a one-year contract to manage the end-to-end direct mail creative process for the SoFi Credit Card product, from strategy and planning through creative development, stakeholder review, approval, production, and tracking. This role will also analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations to optimize future direct mail strategies and creative.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of project management experience, preferably supporting direct mail or other marketing campaigns within financial services or another highly regulated industry
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to execute complex, multi-channel campaigns and operational initiatives
- Experience managing high-volume direct mail, CRM, lifecycle, or integrated marketing creative execution, ideally within financial services, credit cards, banking, or another highly regulated industry
- Strong project and production management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, creative versions, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously
- Highly proficient in Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Gmail, and Calendar, Tableau, Snowflake, comfortable building and maintaining detailed trackers and production workflows
- Strong understanding of creative development, production, version control, review/approval processes, and vendor management
