## About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Finance Business Partner to join our growing Strategic Finance team. Strategic Finance shapes SoFi’s capital allocation strategy by assessing investment opportunities, framing key trade-offs, and prioritizing resources against the company’s most important growth objectives.

## What they're looking for

- 12+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, FP&A, investment banking, or a related field, ideally within fintech or consumer financial services
- Deep expertise in consumer financial-services economics, with a strong command of Credit Card unit economics and P&L dynamics
- Demonstrated expertise analyzing unit economics, including LTV/CAC, payback periods, and risk-adjusted returns, across cohorts, channels, products, and segments
- Expert financial modeling and scenario-analysis skills, including the ability to build driver-based models from scratch and analyze large data sets
- Fluency with AI tools and demonstrated ability to apply them to financial modeling, analysis, workflow automation, and decision support
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations and influence senior decision-makers
