We're looking for a Senior Director, AI Enterprise Transformation to lead enterprise-wide AI adoption by partnering with technology and business leaders to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact AI initiatives.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- 15+ years of experience leading enterprise technology strategy, digital transformation, consulting, enterprise architecture, or AI initiatives
- Deep understanding of modern AI technologies, including Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, AI platforms, and enterprise AI architectures
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs within complex organizations
- Experience partnering with senior executives and influencing decisions across multiple business and technology organizations
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology architecture, cloud platforms, data ecosystems, and software development practices
