## About the role

The Strategic Partnerships team helps identify, develop, and manage partnerships that support SoFi’s growth and deliver value to our members. As a Strategic Partnerships Associate, you will support the full partnership lifecycle—from evaluating new opportunities and building the business case through deal execution, launch, ongoing management, and performance optimization.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or a related partnerships-focused role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate business opportunities, synthesize quantitative and qualitative information, and develop clear recommendations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear takeaways for internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and influence without direct authority
- Strong business judgment and curiosity, with the ability to connect the dots across teams and initiatives and identify opportunities that may span multiple business units
