## About the role

Setup and control new tools/processes and sustain process performance to achieve the quality/yield, cost, capacity metrics

## What they're looking for

- Degree in Engineering with minimum 2 years of relevant experience or Diploma in Engineering with 5 years of relevant experience as process engineer, process owner, process integration engineer
- Experience in Rapid Thermal Processes (RTA, RTO, RTN, RTH) is an added advantage
- Foundational knowledge in semiconductor manufacturing process flows
- Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP)/Reaction Mechanism (RM), Fault Detection and Classification (FDC)
- Strong critical thinking and data analytical skills to solve complex engineering problems
- Proficiency in SiView, Klarity, JMP and E3 is an added advantage
