## About the role

SolarWinds is seeking a Partner Communications Manager to lead the strategy, creation, and execution of communications for our global partner ecosystem. This individual contributor will serve as the central communications owner for partners and internal teams, translating partner-program priorities, business updates, incentives, enablement opportunities, and operational changes into clear, timely, and actionable communications.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years of experience in partner communications, channel marketing, corporate communications, field communications, content marketing, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing communications programs across multiple audiences and channels
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to make complex business, technical, or program information clear and actionable
- Experience owning an editorial calendar and managing content from initial brief through approval, publication, and measurement
- Experience producing newsletters and webinars, including content planning, stakeholder management, logistics, and performance reporting
- Experience managing an organization’s LinkedIn presence or a comparable social channel
