## About the role

At SolarWinds, our RevOps team powers the systems, processes, and data that help our go-to-market teams win. As a GTM Senior Analyst, you will be the first line of support for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams. You’ll own the GTM Analytical Support, improve forecasting, align data, resolve operational issues, support ad hoc requests, and help keep our revenue engine running smoothly.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related GTM support role
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including navigation, reporting, troubleshooting, and basic data management
- Hands-on experience with Tableau
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests efficiently
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Comfort in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment
