## What they're looking for

- • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics
- • Passion for analytics and driving to results. Desire to help drive immediate improvement in business results based on the results of analysis. A love for problem solving and a passion for thinking analytically
- • Strong knowledge in all facets of marketing analytics (data capture, measurement, reporting and translation into business and/or behavioral insights)
- • Demonstrated ability to influence key decisions, as well as translate between business needs and technical implementation with ease and clarity
- • Minimum 5 years of Tableau, PowerBI or equivalent BI tool experience
- • Minimum 2 years recent experience with web analytics applications, such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
