## About the role

The Technical Enablement Manager is responsible for driving technical readiness across our customer-facing technical organization. This role partners closely with Solutions Engineering, Product Management, Product Marketing, and technical subject matter experts to ensure Solutions Engineers have the knowledge, confidence, and resources to effectively position, demonstrate, and support SolarWinds solutions.

## What they're looking for

- • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- • Experience as a Solutions Engineer, Technical Enablement professional, Technical Trainer, Customer Success Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role
- • Demonstrated ability to coach technical professionals and help them improve customer conversations, demos, and technical presentations
- • Experience partnering with technical subject matter experts to rapidly develop practical enablement content
- • Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- • Experience using AI tools to improve content creation, knowledge management, coaching, learning experiences, or operational efficiency
