## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on GTM/commercial hiring, ideally at a high-growth startup
- Proven track record of owning full-cycle GTM recruiting and closing competitive sales, marketing, and customer success candidates
- Strong understanding of go-to-market motions and the ability to assess commercial talent across the funnel
- Comfortable defining and calibrating a GTM hiring bar alongside founders and commercial leaders
- Strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive candidate and team matters
- Excellent communicator who can work closely with founders and individual contributors alike
