## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on technical/engineering hiring, ideally at a high-growth startup
- Proven track record of owning full-cycle technical recruiting and closing competitive engineering, ML, or product candidates
- Strong technical sourcing skills and the credibility to engage senior engineers and technical leaders
- Comfortable defining and calibrating a technical hiring bar alongside founders and engineering managers
- Strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive candidate and team matters
- Excellent communicator who can work closely with founders and individual contributors alike
