## About the role

Design, implement, and manage benefits programs across all global hubs, ensuring local compliance and competitiveness. Manage relationships with benefits brokers, carriers, and vendors globally, negotiating renewals and evaluating new offerings.

## What they're looking for

- Have 6+ years of experience managing global employee benefits programs, including multi-country/global scope in AMER, APAC, and EMEA
- Have strong knowledge of benefits compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions (US, UK, CH, DE, ES, Singapore, India, UAE, Japan, Australia)
- Have experience managing vendor and broker relationships, including contract negotiation
- Be highly detail-oriented with strong project management skills, comfortable managing multiple concurrent open enrollment and compliance deadlines
- Have experience using HRIS/benefits administration platforms and analyzing benefits data
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with employees on sensitive benefits topics
