## About the role

Support the refinement, and optimization of global service offerings, using operational data from multiple geographies to identify improvement opportunities. Work closely with HR Operations Specialists across regions to guide priorities, share best practices, and ensure consistent, high-quality execution — modeling hands-on excellence rather than managing through formal authority.

## What they're looking for

- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Bring significant, progressive experience in HR Operations or a related HR function in a tech company, including experience supporting multiple countries/regions
- Possess up to date knowledge of multi-jurisdictional HR compliance, employment law, and regulatory requirements, with a demonstrated track record of identifying and mitigating compliance risk without needing to escalate routine matters
- Have strong analytical skills with the ability to translate global operational data into clear, actionable insights
- Demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functionally and across cultures/time zones
- Be a true self-starter and "doer" — comfortable rolling up their sleeves, driving execution independently, and making sound judgment calls with minimal oversight
