The Culture & Engagement Partner plays a critical role in strengthening organizational culture, employee engagement, and employee experience across Sonatype. This role partners closely with People leaders, managers, Communications, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and cross-functional stakeholders to design, implement, and scale initiatives that reinforce Sonatype’s mission, values, leadership expectations, and ways of working. - Support the development, execution, and continuous improvement of culture and engagement initiatives aligned to Sonatype’s mission, values, business priorities, and employee experience strategy
- Coordinate enterprise and function-level engagement initiatives that strengthen employee connection, inclusion, collaboration, accountability, and trust
- Partner with leaders and People stakeholders to translate company-wide engagement strategies into targeted business-level and regional action plans
