## About the role

We're looking for a force-multiplier — someone who sits at the intersection of Chief of Staff and Business Operations and makes the entire team more effective. This role doesn't fit neatly into a job description because the work won't either. You'll own high-priority initiatives, drive operational rigor, and serve as a trusted thought partner to firm leadership and founders.

## What they're looking for

- • 5–7 years of experience in venture capital, investment banking, management consulting, or a high-growth startup in a strategy or operations role
- • Demonstrably AI-native: you use AI tools as a core part of your daily workflow and can show your work
- • Exceptional written and verbal communicator — you can distill complex ideas crisply and confidently
- • A builder's mindset: you don't wait for systems to exist, you create them
- • High emotional intelligence and the judgment to navigate conversations across the organization, as well as with founders, LPs, and partners
- • Comfort operating in ambiguity — this role will evolve and you'll help define it
