We're looking to hire our first ever Designer who thrives on variety. This is a role for someone who enjoys solving different creative challenges every day rather than focusing on a single discipline. You'll work across nearly every aspect of design at Sound - supporting our brand, helping portfolio companies elevate their storytelling, and partnering with our incubation team as new companies come to life.

## What they're looking for

- 5–8 years of creative experience
- Strong visual design skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent presentation and editorial design skills
- Experience designing for digital, web, and social
- Comfortable editing video, podcast production is a plus
- Experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
