In this role, you will report to our Head of Marketing, and sit at the intersection of our go-to-market and technical teams to drive thought leadership, product leadership, and market leadership. Our customers are developers and engineering leaders at the largest and most successful companies in the world who rely on us to help them write better code, understand their codebases, secure their products, and adopt the newest and most impactful technology.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of work experience in product marketing, developer marketing, product management, or related technical marketing roles in a B2B enterprise setting
- Strong familiarity with developer tools and modern developer workflows, with a deep interest in AI-driven software development
- Proven ownership of end-to-end technical product launches, spanning positioning, field enablement, and launch execution
- Demonstrated ability to partner closely with technical teams to define what sets Sourcegraph apart and translate that differentiation into clear, credible, and memorable stories across channels
- Experience supporting enterprise sales motions and navigating complex buying cycles
- Strong sales enablement muscle, building and maintaining high-impact collateral and assets that scale and move enterprise deals forward
