## About the role

As a Candidate Specialist at SpaceXAI, you will serve as the initial step in the recruiting process. In this role, you will actively review, evaluate, and screen inbound applications in concentrated areas. In addition, you will act as the first point of contact and host candidates who are brought onsite, including providing tours of the facility and telling the SpaceXAI story.
