## About the role

As the Manager of Logistics, you will own the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of inbound logistics, fulfillment networks, and global transportation operations. You will drive carrier performance, develop and refine KPI methodologies, lead sourcing strategy and carrier partnerships, and expand logistics and transport networks that support freight, e-commerce, and industrial projects.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience developing and improving KPI frameworks and carrier performance management programs
- 5+ years of experience leading sourcing strategy, carrier negotiations, and partnership management
- 5+ years of proven people management experience, including leading, developing, and supporting logistics teams
- Must be available to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed to support critical milestones or operations shifts
- Availability and willingness to travel up to 40% of the time as needed to other SpaceX site or customer sites/meetings
