## About the role

SpaceX is looking for a Sr. Data Center Administrator to help us build and manage our data center infrastructure. As part of our infrastructure team, your responsibility will be the proficient installation and management of server, network, and power systems in our data centers, adhering to best practices to ensure optimal performance. The ideal candidate has experience working with various types of hardware architectures and understands the strengths of each.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline and 3+ years of data center experience, OR 5+ years of data center experience in lieu of a degree
- Professional experience working in a data center or with IT hardware
- Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed (to respond to network and server errors after hours)
- Ability to pass DOD background check for launch site access
- Ability to drive (active valid drivers' license)
