## About the role

As a member of the critical infrastructure team, you will help design, build, activate and maintain some of the world’s most technically advanced manufacturing facilities. You will be able to operate with autonomy to solve diverse and complex problems, excel at managing multiple projects at a time and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As a Supervisor, you will lead the 2nd and 3rd shift technician team and be the extreme owner of all infrastructure work.

## What they're looking for

- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 3+ years of experience with facilities management
- This is not a remote or hybrid position and will require relocation if not already local to the Hawthorne, CA area
- Ability to provide 24/7 on-call support of critical activities and emergency situations
- Must be able to work 2nd shift hours, extended hours, and/or weekends as needed
- 2nd Shift: Monday to Friday 3pm - 1am
