## About the role

Spark is hiring a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to help build and run the systems, processes, and reporting infrastructure that power our sales and success teams. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role - you'll partner closely with the leadership team to keep our GTM engine data-driven, predictable, and easy to operate.

## What they're looking for

- 5 years of experience in revenue, sales, or GTM operations, ideally at a fast-growing startup
- Hands-on experience with CRM and sales tech systems (Salesforce strongly preferred)
- A track record of building or significantly improving reporting, dashboards, or operational processes
