- You have demonstrated expertise in strategic workforce planning, career framework design, L&D program execution, and employee retention strategies within high-growth tech companies in India
- You possess deep expertise in Indian labor laws, local employment practices, statutory compliance, POSH guidelines, and regional benefit administration
- You have proven experience reporting directly into US/overseas leadership and collaborating seamlessly across global time zones within a matrixed organization
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (an MBA or Master’s degree in HR/Labor Relations, and certifications like SHRM-SCP or SPHRi, are preferred)
