## About the role

Avathon is scaling its go-to-market presence across the Middle East and is hiring a regional Account Executive to drive new business across Oil & Gas, Utilities, and Power Generation, Transportation and other industry accounts throughout the GCC, with a primary focus on supporting Saudi Arabia coverage.

## What they're looking for

- 5–10+ years in a customer-facing sales, account management, or business development role - ideally in Oil & Gas or Energy, strong Tech/SaaS sales backgrounds also considered
- Based in, or willing to relocate to, the UAE, Bahrain, or another GCC hub, with ability to travel regularly (~30–50%) to Saudi Arabia
- Arabic speaking preferred, English fluency required
- Strong communication skills with confidence engaging senior operational and executive stakeholders
- Existing network in regional Oil & Gas accounts is a plus
- Bachelor's degree
