## About the role

We are looking for a data-driven, hands-on Marketing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, managing website performance and traffic growth, supporting corporate marketing initiatives, and helping build Avathon's brand as the category leader in Physical AI.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing, preferably in AI, SaaS, enterprise software, industrial technology, or high-growth technology companies
- Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns and website optimization initiatives
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, marketing automation, lead generation, and web analytics
- Experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo and other marketing automation tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
