We’re looking for a highly driven Recruiter to help scale our revenue-generating, customer experience, and technical teams. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Sparrow’s Talent Acquisition team and leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Customer Operations, Partnerships, Engineering and Product to attract, engage, and hire top talent. You’ll play a critical role in executing our hiring strategy, building strong talent pipelines, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
