## About the role

We're hiring a Member of the M&A Team to source, evaluate, and help close acquisitions of businesses with $1–10M of annual EBITDA. This is a high-ownership role on a deliberately lean team, and you'll be involved in acquisitions from first meeting to close. Source and build a pipeline of acquisition targets within our buy box, through proprietary outreach and our sourcing partners

## What they're looking for

- A track record sourcing, evaluating, and closing business acquisitions, ideally in the $2–10M EBITDA range
- 3 years of experience in healthcare investment banking or 1 year of experience in private equity
- Deep expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence
- Strong feel for Main Street services businesses and the owners who run them
- Background in accounting or finance, or an MBA
- Passion for the tech industry, AI, venture capital, or startups
