## About the role

We’re looking for a Policy Support Specialist to support our Ads & Monetization Operations. In this role, you’ll help strengthen our monetization policy enforcement operations across ad review and podcast monetization. You’ll partner with internal teams and vendors to resolve escalations, improve workflows, support policy and product updates, and strengthen training and quality programs.

## What they're looking for

- You have 2+ years of experience in an operations role supporting ad review, content moderation, policy enforcement, or a related area
- You have experience developing new workflows, improving processes, and turning operational challenges into practical solutions
- You communicate clearly and can synthesize complex information for different audiences, including during sensitive or time-critical escalations
- You work effectively with cross-functional partners and can independently manage priorities and solve problems
- You bring strong analytical skills and can use qualitative and quantitative information to identify patterns and inform decisions
- You are adaptable and comfortable working through changing priorities and ambiguity
