We’re looking for a resourceful operator who can own the day-to-day machinery of our product and regulatory compliance work—document management, regulatory monitoring, terms updates, and cross-functional special projects. ## What they're looking for

- You have 5+ years’ experience in operations, program management, or legal operations in a tech, digital-platform, or media environment
- Familiarity with online-platform regulation (DMA, DSA, UK OSA, AUS OSA, COPPA) is a plus but not required—you’ll learn fast
- A proven project manager who can juggle competing deadlines, keep stakeholders aligned, and drive programs to completion
- Excellent communicator who can chase down answers, brief senior stakeholders, and keep cross-functional partners on track
- Resourceful and scrappy—you figure things out, build the process, and don’t wait to be told what to do
- Skilled at document management, knowledge organization, and building the operational infrastructure a team needs to move fast
