## About the role

We’re looking for an entry-level Creator Manager based in NYC who is obsessed with building real, long-term relationships with creators—and turning those relationships into a durable growth engine for Spotlight Media. This is an entry-level position, and we will train you. You don’t need to have it all figured out—you need to be hungry, coachable, and genuinely passionate about the creator economy. We’ll give you the playbooks, mentorship, and reps to become world-class at this.

## What they're looking for

- 0–2 years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, community management, or a related field (internships count)
- Strong interest in TikTok, TikTok Shop, and the creator economy—bonus if you’re already active on the platform
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable running outreach via email, SMS, DMs, and creator platforms
- Highly organized with experience using tools like Airtable, Notion, CRMs, or similar (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Data-curious mindset—you don’t need to be an analyst, but you should care about what’s working and why
