## About the role

We're looking for an Account Manager based in Los Angeles . This will be a remote role but due to our client needs you need to be based in Los Angeles. You’ll be the execution engine for TikTok Shop accounts, working directly under a Senior Account Manager. You’ll help translate strategy into action, keep projects moving, maintain shop health, and deliver consistent, high-quality execution across teams.

## What they're looking for

- 1–7+ years in e-commerce, marketplaces, digital marketing, consulting, or client-facing operations (agency experience a plus)
- Strong project management skills: task tracking, timelines, stakeholder coordination
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, comfort working with dashboards and basic analysis (filters, pivots, lookups)
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a strong service mindset
- Familiarity with TikTok as a consumer platform and eagerness to master TikTok Shop (we’ll train you on our playbooks)
- Strong bonus: experience with TikTok Shop, Seller Center, or marketplace operations
