## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, Applied Math, Statistics, or Business Analytics, advanced degrees are highly preferred
- 7+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a related field
- Strong technical background in data instrumentation, data QA, and maintaining data accuracy across complex environments
- Proven track record of developing and implementing automated reporting solutions and visualization tools, leveraging platforms such as TIBCO Spotfire and Power BI
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels, translating business needs into technical solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and provide strategic direction for analytics initiatives
