## About the role

We're looking for a driven, entry-level Partnerships & Business Development Associate to join our Partnerships team, working closely with our Head of Partnerships and BD & Partnerships Manager. This is a full-time role for someone ready to own meaningful pieces of our partner pipeline from day one, running outreach at scale, managing partner accounts, keeping operations sharp, and growing into ownership of full partnership initiatives end-to-end.

## What they're looking for

- A recent graduate (or 0 to 2 years of experience) in business, fashion, marketing, communications, or a related field
- Genuinely excited about the intersection of AI and fashion
- A self-starter who spots gaps and fills them without being asked
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and moving fast in a startup environment
- A strong communicator who can write a crisp outreach email and hold their own in a partner meeting
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, especially when juggling multiple workstreams at once
