## About the role

The target base salary range for this position is $160,000 - $184,000 and is part of a competitive total rewards package including equity and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.

- Master Specialty Care's P&L mechanics and financial drivers, identifying key levers to drive sustainable growth, revenue optimization, and gross margin expansion
- Act as the primary financial and operational partner for department leadership, translating unit economics and margin drivers into actionable, high-impact strategies
- Lead cross-functional alignment across Product, Clinical, Marketing, and Operations to set strategic roadmaps, prioritize high-impact initiatives, and drive end-to-end execution
- Directly manage specific clinical operations functions alongside core strategy and ops, ensuring seamless alignment and strong operational partnership with clinical leadership
- Build AI natively into operational and clinical workflows to improve system efficiencies, elevate quality standards, and accelerate strategic scenario modeling
- Build and own long-term capacity and workforce planning models to ensure clinical and operational teams are proactively resourced ahead of program growth
