## About the role

The target base salary range for this position is $164,900 - $217,074 , and is part of a competitive total rewards package including equity and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.

- Own the frameworks and metrics used to assess network health, including supply-demand balance, capacity, utilization, retention, and provider satisfaction
- Translate network insights into clear priorities and actions that improve growth, access, provider experience, and efficiency
- Partner across Provider Operations, Product, Data, Clinical, Commercial, and other teams to execute against network priorities
- Set the analytical agenda for Provider Operations, building the forecasting, reporting, and insights needed to anticipate network needs and make better decisions
- Use AI and automation to accelerate analysis, reduce manual reporting, identify network opportunities, and increase the team’s capacity for strategic work
